Greg Sewell Forgings has a fully integrated engineering design team capable of turning a customer concept into a fully optimised forged component.

All aspects of the product design and process are interrelated, including part design, tooling design and manufacture and process efficiency.

Tooling development has been a high priority in the manufacturing of tooling components. The need to offer an effective manufacturing service in the supply of small and medium batch sizes has been greatly aided by the installation of rapid machining for the production of forging dies and trim.

We bring concepts to fruition through innovation design, development, sampling, testing, quality inspection, product optimisation and production.

We also offer post-forging operations including machining. Our flexibility and capability allows us to offer competitive single-run low volume to high volume production.
